TICKETING FAQS

Why have we decided to move to allocated seating for the Morning Melodies series?

We understand that this change might be a bit of an adjustment, especially for our loyal patrons. However, we believe that moving to allocated seating will greatly enhance your overall experience. Here are a few reasons why:

  1. You spoke, we listened: we’ve heard your feedback about the challenges of general admission seating. This change is a direct response to your suggestions, aiming to create a more enjoyable and stress-free experience for everyone.
  2. Comfort and convenience: no more rushing to secure your favourite seats. With allocated seating, you can arrive at your leisure, knowing that your seat is reserved just for you.
  3. Fairness and organisation: this system ensures that everyone has an equal opportunity to choose their preferred seats in advance, reducing the stress and confusion of finding a spot on the day of the event.
  4. Enhanced social experience: You can plan ahead and book seats with your friends, ensuring you all sit together and enjoy the performance without any hassle.
  5. Safety and Accessibility: allocated seating helps us better manage the venue, ensuring that all patrons, especially those with mobility issues, have easy access to their seats.

We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
